Composite Solutions dispone delle tecnologie e delle conoscenze tecniche per fornire
prodotti in materiale composito a base di  “SRPP”   (SELF REINFORCED POLYPROPYLENE).
Il “SRPP” è un materiale composito la cui matrice polimerica a base di
polipropilene è rinforzata con fibre della stessa natura.

CARATTERISTICHE

Le principali caratteristiche che rendono il SRPP particolarmente attrattivo una volta termoformato sono:
- Estrema Leggerezza, bassa densità 0,78 g/gm3
- Elevata resistenza agli impatti anche a bassa temperatura(sino a -40°C)
- Alta rigidezza 5,5 GPa
- Ridotta dilatazione termica
- Completa riciclabilità (data la completa assenza di vetro)
- Totale radiotrasparenza

DETTAGLI TECNICI

I componenti in "SRPP" sono realizzati con know-how "sostanziale" e con la più moderna tecnologia di termoformatura.
Su richiesta   i   prodotti sono disponibili in tutti gli   spessori compresi tra   0,3 mm e 2 cm.  Ogni strato  di tessuto ha infatti
uno spessore di 0,13 mm.  E' possibile inoltre incrementare   e   diversificare ulteriormente le caratteristiche   del   "SRPP"
combinandolo con altri materiali a base di vetro   o   fibra aramidica.     Di seguito sono riportati i risultati dei test esguiti su
lastre di SRPP termoformate:

- Full recyclability (due to the complete absence of glass)
- Total radiolucency

TECHNICAL DETAILS

"SRPP" components are realized with "substantial" know-how and with state-of-the-art thermoforming technology.
The products are available in a thickness range between 0,3 mm and 2 cm. A single layer of fabric is 0,13 mm thick.
Furthermore, it is possible to enhance and diversify the characteristics of SRPP by combining it with other materials, e.g.
textiles made of glass or aramid fibres. The results of the tests made on sheets of thermoformed SRPP are given below:
